• Service users from their address to a different locations for instance college, work placement, job interviews. or activities for instance cookery skills, cinema, bowling ice skating?
• To provide a range of personal, social, emotional and practical care tasks as required for the well-being of citizens, and their carer, living in their own homes within the community, whilst keeping a watchful brief on their changing needs.
• To work towards an assessed and planned package of person centred care, or maintenance programme, enabling service users and their carers to exercise control over their own lives by maximising their independence.
The provision of a culturally and ethnically sensitive service is integral to the provision of home care.
• The delivery of a high quality Sitting Service in accordance with agreed standards, organisational policies and procedures.
Clover Homecare Services
Clover homecare service is committed to supporting vulnerable people, so that they can continue or begin to live in their own home and still be active participating members of their community.
With many years’ experience we pride ourselves on offering a highly professional care and support service for all those we care for.
Our aim is to work proactively with our service users, listen to their views and respond accordingly in a timely manner.
Our company will endeavour to ensure that our services meet the needs of our diverse local communities and Clover Homecare services.
Our care planning process will identify and acknowledge individual service users background, beliefs and identify any specific needs of a service user – relating to their age, disability, gender, race, religion and sexual orientation.
Our services are available to adults. (Over the age of 18)

We also provide care for service users in supported living accommodation and offer a respite service at our supported living project in Solihull North.
We have a vigorous recruitment process and all our staff prior to conducting any visits to you or your loved one have DBS and Employment checks and undergo training with us.
The management team also visit on a regular basis to ensure the care you receive is of a high quality and you’re satisfied with any care we provide.
We are regulated by Care Quality Commission on a regular basis and our inspection reports can be viewed at www.cqc.org.uk
